Before moving to Tustin our family lived in the City of Irvine for many years. We remember seeing the construction and development of Irvine Spectrum. We remember how Irvine looked like empty wasteland. We also remember how Taco Bell wasn’t a good representation for authentic Mexican food.
The lack of authentic Mexican food in Irvine inspired my father to open a family owned Mexican restaurant now known as Taco Factory. It’s been 12 years since we open doors as Taco Factor in Mission Viejo. We eventually grew into Taqueros Mexican Restaurant in 2013. Finally, our Taco Bar Catering was launched in July 2017 by Gustavo Lezama.
