Taco Bar Catering Services & Delivery In Irvine

Our Taco Bar Catering business has been serving individuals in the City of Irvine for under two years. As a fellow member of the community we know how much the city loves the taste of authentic Mexican food.

Our Taco Bar Catering flavors were inspired by family recipes passed down for many generations. We want to recreate the excitement I got from coming home everyday after school to have plate of delicious Mexican food cooked by both my mother and abuelita (grandmother). We don’t think we serve the most authentic Mexican Catering business to serve in Irvine, but we know it. Our goal is to serve authentic Mexican flavors to every plate.

Before moving to Tustin our family lived in the City of Irvine for many years. We remember seeing the construction and development of Irvine Spectrum. We remember how Irvine looked like empty wasteland. We also remember how Taco Bell wasn’t a good representation for authentic Mexican food.

The lack of authentic Mexican food in Irvine inspired my father to open a family owned Mexican restaurant now known as Taco Factory. It’s been 12 years since we open doors as Taco Factor in Mission Viejo. We eventually grew into Taqueros Mexican Restaurant in 2013. Finally, our Taco Bar Catering was launched in July 2017 by Gustavo Lezama.

Over the years we’ve been featured by the OC register! Our very own, Gustavo Lezama, was featured in the OC Register back in 2013. And more recently, our famous crispy chicken tacos became even more famous when a local Mexican food critic from the OC Register stopped by and tried it out! Check out his review here.
