How it works:

There’s no limit to the number of trays or even combinations you can get. All meats and no veggies? Count us in! Too many choices? Keep it simple and order one of our Familia Favorites. Head over to Taco Bar Menu, where you can choose from the Basic, Original, and Deluxe Taco Bars.

The sky’s the limit. Choose whatever your heart desires, and we’ll cook it. Just don’t forget the salsas! Select the quantity of each item that you want and add it to your cart. Keep in mind, the Small Trays serve 15-20, and the Large Trays can feed up to 35-40 people.

What does the meat tray come with?

When you order any meat tray, you get tortillas:
Small Tray- Tortillas, ½ pint cilantro, ½ pint onion, ½ pint limes Makes 2oz Tacos
Large Tray- Tortillas, 1 Pint cilantro,1 Pint onion, 1 Pint limes Makes 2oz Tacos

How many pounds of meat per tray?

Small Tray comes with 5 pounds.
Large Tray comes with 10 pounds.

The pint or quart who many people does it feed

Pint feeds 5-7 people, Quart feeds 8-10 people

How much space is needed for a build your own taco bar delivery?

Depends on your order, for example:
An order for a 6 ft Table would be the following: 3 Large Trays or 6 Small trays, 4 Quarts or 8 Pints.
