Traditionally, Mexican ice cream is slow-churned with milk from grass-fed cows. At most Mexican ice cream parlors, you can find an incredibly wide variety of ice creams, popsicles, drinks, and other sweet treats in flavors you wouldn’t typically get in a classic American setting. Some of these delectable goodies include sweet and spicy mangonadas, corn ice cream, and hibiscus sorbet.
